• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, 229 bdt reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or relevant documents may be requested. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time through the support team. However, any pending transactions must be settled before the account is closed.

3.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

3.3 Source of Funds

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500, and before withdrawing, a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus amount is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be applied for.
• Abuse of bonuses — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, cushion betting, or any other manipulation — will result in the account and associated winnings being cancelled if detected.
• 229 bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated at the end of each week based on total losses (total losses minus total wins). The cashback amount may have its own wagering requirement.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intention of collecting bonus benefits as a group.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions through an account.
• Attempting to bypass or damage the platform's security systems.
